Outreach Coordinator
Internships Available
HeartWell is looking for an intern to help our staff with day-to-day marketing related tasks. This position is an in-person internship and would be a school-credit job only.
The schedule for this position is flexible and open to discussion in terms of hours. Students will need to provide a resume as well as be able to provide their own transportation and laptop.
Internship tasks include:

Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks ​

Assist team members with the creation of content of social media platforms

Help in creating a blog and maintaining that blog

Help marketing team to bring in new and past participants for the programs

Help marketing team to bring in people to rent out our space for events
Requirements Include:
-
Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience with MailChimp, Wix, Eventbrite (or willingness to learn)

Working towards their degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a similar relevant field

Excellent organization and time management skills

Great attention to detail
